Ask some BIG questions - help us get some important answers
Young people's charity v aims to inspire a new generation of 16 to 25 year olds to get involved in volunteering by improving the quality, choice and range of volunteering opportunities on offer throughout England.
They want to ask some BIG questions about v's work - What difference has v made to youth volunteering? How successful has it been? And that's where we need your help ....
They're looking for eight young people to work with their professional researchers to guide and inform a national evaluation of v's work. You'll have the chance to develop a range of new skills, including communication, teamwork, interviewing skills, analysing and reviewing data and report writing.
You'll need to devote about six days (42 hours) of your time between now and January 2009, and in return you will get an opportunity to see how effective v is, and help it to do better in the future. For more information about v, visit http://www.wearev.com/
You don't need any prior experience of evaluation - just a passion for asking BIG questions, and helping them to get some important answers.
