Sue Ryder Care is a charity that is passionate about caring for people with challenging end of life and long term conditions such as Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke and Dementia enabling people to live their lives to the full.
They are holding a supermarket bag pack at Sainsbury's Monks Cross York on Thursday 9th April 2009 to raise vital funds.
